Due to continued growth within Lumen Australia, I was charged with establishing a team of Development Engineers to build company and engineering capability, and expand the core product range.• Built engineering department capability, process and infrastructure, and established and managed a team of electronics and software engineers to support a rapidly growing business• Management of key partners in Taiwan to deliver body electronics products to GM Holden including rear wiper controllers, soft dimming modules, and combined modules for OEM line-fit • Lead the development of marketing materials for new products including corporate profile, promotional videos and website development, and delivered new product presentations to key customers• Collaborated with Bury Technologies in Germany to develop a range of OEM and Genuine Accessory Bluetooth Hands-free phone systems. This product is still the leading OEM-approved genuine accessory Bluetooth HFCK in Australia with over 60% market share, and exported to customers worldwide• Developed a range of genuine accessory trailer wiring harness systems to achieve over 85% market share in Australia, supplied to GM, Toyota, Mitsubishi and various other vehicle manufacturers• Hardware and software development of a range of Controller Area Network interface ECUs to support existing product integration, supplied to Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Ford NZ, and other customers

Completed a Master of Engineering degree by research focused on automotive Controller Area Networks and concurrently worked at Lumen as the first full-time Electronics Design Engineer.• Established systems, processes and capability for electronics and embedded software design within Lumen • Systems engineering and project management of products designed and manufactured in collaboration with overseas partners and supplied to the local automotive companies • Hands-on product hardware and software design, prototyping, test set development, component and vehicle validation, and PPAP documentation from concept to delivery • Lead engineer for the Rear Park Assist product development, working collaboratively with a design/manufacturing partner in China.
