Betterground Group designs, manufactures, maintains, and installs the world's best-specialized soil improvement equipment, particularly stone column and vibro-compaction equipment.I am happy to have the opportunity to work with my friends whom I met years ago when we started developing the vibro-compaction market in the former Soviet Union. I do technical customer support, geotechnical calculations, and project appraisal. We provide technical support and geotechnical consulting to our clients from the earliest project phase to complete implementation.Due to the narrow specialization of the company's work and the presence of partners around the world - new design standards, new methods of calculation, and participation in the world's most significant projects - a new exciting challenge for me.

I was lucky enough to have the experience of running my own company, going through all the stages from its creation and the first clients who later became our partners.During our work, we have carried out many complex projects, many of which were later successfully implemented.To date, I have transferred the company's management to my partners. The company continues to exist and grow.

During my time at GEOIZOL Group (almost nine years), I grew from technician to lead geotechnical engineer and head of geotechnical department (5 people).Key achievements:* 2015. Formed a technical service to promote soil improvement technology using deep vibro-compaction methods (vibro-compaction and stone columns). The main tasks of the technical service were: processing requests from potential customers, the expertise of potential projects, assistance in project implementation, attracting new customers (exhibitions, conferences, articles, etc.).As of 2015, soil improvement technology using deep vibro-compaction methods (vibro-compaction and stone columns) was almost unknown in Russia and the former Soviet Union, and Geoizol and Betterground were pioneers in this field. * 2014. I formed the geotechnical department of the company's design division. Trained and mentored many young engineers.* I am a regular speaker at international geotechnical conferences and professional associations conferences.
