Working with the CEO and CFO of Jumbuck and presenting initiatives to the board.Selected Accomplishments:• Designed and set-up systems in a 2nd data centre for fail-over.• Facilitated the sale of OZtion Pty Ltd from Jumbuck Entertainment Ltd to carsales.com Ltd. This acquisition included all assets and staff. Worked with key personnel from carsales to facilitate the deal and provide technical, sales, legal and finance data for due diligence. Once a deal was agreed, I managed the business migration successfully over to carsales.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Carbuddy.com.au. including marketing, product development management, project management, hosting, operations, reporting and administration management.Selected Accomplishments:• Launched carbuddy.com.au with minimal resources and grew it to 186,000 monthly UBs, 650 dealers and 37,000 cars within 7 months.• Designed a high performance and scalable infrastructure for the carbuddy website which included a fail-over system to a 2nd data centre.• Facilitated the sale of the carbuddy website and IP from Jumbuck Entertainment Ltd to CarAdvice Ltd. Planned and carried out the data, systems and hosting migration and worked with both Jumbuck and CarAdvice management and technical people from the due diligence phase to completion and training to ensure a smooth transition.
