My professional experience has been broad, encompassing executive leadership capacities across distinct business groups, in both the private and public sector. Over the years, I have both been challenged and successful at guiding operations, service, and personnel leadership - driving change at multiple levels including district, region, & HQ in the private sector as well as at the University of Minnesota’s Academic Health Sciences portfolio. As a "Life Long Learner" the opportunity to serve in all four areas has enabled me to continue to pursue my passion for learning. I have consistently illustrated success at taking on new challenges in many different settings, and continued to grow/develop in the process.I understand branding, the provision of superior service, and how to define and put into place strategies to achieve goals. I am creative, resourceful and fiscally conscious.
