Employer BrandingInitiate & play a key role in Employer branding to promote Beiersdorf both internal and externalCoordinate with Department/vendors/functions to ensure all activities and initiatives relating to employee branding are initiated and completed on time, Providing candidates with the most updated talent development program, company cultureJoin with HR communication to take part into activities with external partners in job fairs, career advisor, and university campaign.3. Training CoordinatorWork together with the Country HR Manager on conducting the Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on Departments’ needExplore training courses with the most effective cost & competencies management, coordinator for all training courses regarding the contracts, logistics, participants, Follow up in post training evaluation and development.4. DigitalizationProactively cooperate with HR communication to identify & develop new tools/ channels that significantly support promote employer branding, recruitment/ sourcing campaign such as social media channels, Search Engine Optimization, Responsive sites & mobile applications. Improve the internal recruitment system.
