Paul Dunlevy is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Resolution Search, LLC. Paul has dedicated his career to search and consulting since 2012 and his experience covers all major disciplines within the real estate industry. Leveraging from his experience as a Director at Ferguson Partners and Partner at Rhodes Associates, Paul brings a distinctive blend of institutional expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to executive search.Paul firmly believes in a "people-first" approach and is driven by the human component of search. His goal is to establish a firm that focuses on the professional development of his clients, candidates, and employees, and less on the typical transactional nature of the industry.In his free time, Paul volunteers as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, dedicates time to a not-for-profit focused on assisting young adults aging out of the foster care system and enjoys participating in recreational sporting leagues. Additionally, Paul consistently expands his professional knowledge and skills through real estate courses at NYU's School of Professional Studies, aspiring to earn a graduate certificate in Management Consulting. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Rider University.
