• Evaluate, negotiate and approve/deny all music copyright licensing inquiries for the legendary Far Out Records music catalog and its various labels and media properties.• Draft, negotiate and review all music copyright license agreements in all media (including, but not limited to synchronization licenses for Film and TV usage, advertising campaigns, derivative sample-use licenses, digital/new media licenses, theatrical performance licenses, merchandising/ consumer product licenses, Mechanical Licenses, Entertainment Software licence and traditional compilation and soundtrack licenses.• Contract administrator for Business and Legal affairs.• Point-person for outside counsel regarding pending copyright infringement, trademark infringement and/or proprietary legal disputes.• Responsible agent for all copyright licensing requests (master recording/composition use) for on-roster artists and management artists.• Enforced and pursued collection of all third-party licensing revenue as it pertained to copyright license agreements.• Actively pitch catalog directly to music supervisors and potential licensees.• Responsible agent for all Mechanical Copyright licenses and third-party royalty payment schedules for catalog record releases as well as primary liaison with distributor in regards to promotion for the Avenue Records artist roster.• Product Manger for all catalog releases.

• Assisted Sr. Vice President, Glenn Stone, with all third-party licensing requests and negotiations.• Responsible agent for all incoming and outgoing contract administration as well as provided summaries of all artist contracts, publisher agreements and third-party licensing agreements.• Maintained database of third-party licensing revenue and supplied revenue reports to appropriate personnel.• Created and designed all on-roster artist biographies and product sales sheets for label releases. • Product Manager for all Avenue Records, Avenue Jazz, and Bethlehem Jazz releases.
