Continued to play an advisory role at the Dodgers in finance and operations for many years and became the Chief Financial Officer in 2007. During the eight seasons between 2004 and 2012, the Dodgers achieved a dramatic turnaround both on and off the field including nearly doubling revenue; improving EBITDA by over $80 million; completing $150 million in renovations to Dodger Stadium; setting the Dodgers single-season attendance record, in addition to achieving six of the seven all-time Dodger season attendance records; and reaching the playoffs four times in a six-season span, which is the only time that had been achieved since the Dodgers moved to Los Angeles in 1958. This massive turnaround of an undervalued sports and media property culminated in the highest sale price ever achieved for a sports franchise in 2012.Directly responsible for Finance & Accounting, Analytics, Stadium Operations andSecurity, Information Technology, Ticket Operations, Food & Beverage, and Retail. Oversaw all financial aspects of organization including payroll, capital planning, budgeting, financial reporting, strategic initiatives, and cash management.
