As General Manager- Eastern Canada Property Operations, I was responsible for providing technical support to the Eastern Canada Property Management team.I was a member of Property Operations senior management team and Colliers REMS Sustainability Council. Currently spearheaded the development of the Colliers LEED Re certification program.Prior assignments at Colliers included:General Manager, Facilities Services Eastern Canada where I was responsible for staffing / training of the operation teams for the 2,500,0000 plus square feet of commercial property under management General Manager and team leader for the management of the Standard Life Real Estate Investment portfolio. This consisted of 90 plus buildings or approximately 4.5 million square feet of industrial, retail and commercial properties from Saint John. NB to Vancouver BC. My responsibility was for the intergration the Standard Life portfolio on a national basis, into the Colliers portfolio. At the time this was the largest transfer of real estate management from an owner to a fee manager in Canada.
