Interim Drector Jewell Lansing asked Jules to begin a Corporate Development program for this 30 year social services agency in NW Portland. Contacted the top 100 Employers in Oregon, create a Donor Preferences database, designed and implemented outreach campaigns. Analyzed 5 year giving patterns for the agency, conducted Major Donor research; supported a Grantwriter, maintained files and donor database system. Temporary assignment extended, additional 4 months.

Worked with Investigators and Attorneys to provide excellent and confidential legal services to indigent persons accused of Felony Crimes. Provided court testimony, coordinates case plans, discovery and schedules, interpreted procedures, created alternative sentencing strategies, and helped 40-80 client caseload get a life plan so the courts might not need to control their lives. Cases included the full range of Felonies: Fugitives, Murder, Parole Violation, Drug, Traffic & Sex Crimes.

Part of the Management team for a leading homeless services and advocacy agency. Responsible for legislative and inter-agency networking, recruitment, training and placement of Volunteers, generating 1-2 Media stories per week, supporting operations and fund-raising for 6 major programs.Helped build the statewide shelter network, the Oregon Fair Housing Agency, and the nationwide Affordable Housing movement.

Designed, implemented and managed a student volunteer services program.
