Paul Dyke is a Founder and Director of Parasola Ltd at Parasola. Colleagues describe them as "I worked with Paul at Adestra and he was my line manager for more than 2 years. During that time he helped me get up to speed when I first join the Digital Design team, by multiple shadowing sessions to learn how the team works as well as sharing his technical knowledge. Paul mentored me during that time and he was great sharing his design knowledge, getting involved in projects that required his expertise and challenging me as a designer to achieve the best results. As a line manager he is very supportive and understands both personal and professional qualities, which has been crucial to help meet targets and create a great team environment. He also knows when to delegate functions but he is never afraid of taking responsibilities and I’ve seen him take a step forward to deal with difficult situations a great number of times. As a designer Paul is highly talented and thanks to his creativity he produced great design solutions for email but also for the company. For instance he created imagery for events, design for landing pages or marketing material in different formats. He combines this well with strong communication skills and he has built great relations with clients over the years he has been working at Adestra. Paul is a very patient person and always happy to help, which combined with his expertise makes him the go-to person for other departments and this was recently rewarded with a promotion to lead the Digital Design Team! Since his promotion he took actions to improve the team performance and worked on setting the goals for the Digital Design as a team and also for each team member. For all these reasons I cannot recommend Paul enough for a managerial role in any Digital Design team."
