1) Preparing and reviewing the bids and the contracts with contractors and sub-contractors.2) Responsible for the site visit and determining the existing utilities and interfaces with other parties.3) Perform the site inspection and define the stakeholders and the interfaces list.4) Responsible for resource estimation and allocation to get the maximum capacity of them at the site and responsible for building the project team.5) Consult the technical office while preparing the material list and coordinate with the procurement department for the material orders.6) Preparing the permit plan for the project and participating in preparing the stakeholder management plan.7) Preparing the risk and issue register and defining the mitigation actions for identified risks.8) Responsible for the executed works to be fully complied with the quality policies, procedures, and standards.9) Controlling the allocated budget for the project by reviewing the contracts for contractors and subcontractors and reviewing the purchasing orders to be within budget.10) Ensuring that all the workers at the site are following the safety procedures and that they are using their protective equipment.11) Hold meetings with different stakeholders (Project team, Various Departments, Consultant, and Client) to discuss the project status and prepare reports for the project.12) Calculating the budget and expected costs for every item handling the safety plan for the site and checking the strength of the soil embankment to see if there are any vibrations beside the bridge.
