It’s important for Parents to have a mental reset in order to be the best version for our kids. It’s critical that our kids see IRL examples of our flawed selves, trauma and all. We are dedicated to have Own Voice representation, connecting past, present and future generations from A-Z. We empower our daughters to live fearlessly, challenging societal norms placed on their sex, gender and identity when viewed through the patriarchal lens. We embolden our sons to live empathetically with convictions rooted in healthy emotions, being allies to their sisters and speaking up when they see their brothers doing the opposite. For the collective ‘We’ to make a better future for the next generation, we have to show them the way by allowing them to stand on our shoulders so that they can see farther and go further than we ever imagined.
