While working at the Nigerian Ports Authority, I held two roles.I worked as a personal assistant to the current AGM, C&SC in charge of media, new media, production, protocol and events. My responsibilities were: -taking notes of meetings and appointments, setting reminders and informing all involved.-handling several sensitive documents, ensuring that they are all treated and well documented. - assisting with assigning roles to the various staff and interns who will carry out the necessary actions.-checking progress of assigned roles and reporting back to the AGM.I also worked with the Media Section of the division where my duties included: -Daily Preparation of a media summary.-Taking memoranda, maintaining and organizing documents-Receiving, recording and dispatching documents.-Playing a role in the media coverage of company functions.-Conducting, editing and producing Interviews.-Gathering and editing of media content for the Organisation's house journal "Nigerian PortsToday"
