Current• Develops a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children, also provides a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play. • Teaches basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills, establishes and enforces rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order.• Employs a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children, observes each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem, and encourages them to interact with each other.• Track children’s progress and promptly report to management and parents, also identifies children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems, and discuss them with parents or guardians, and child development specialists.
