- I Constructed and analyzed import and export reports to send out to stakeholders to help formulate decisions. - I Facilitated daily reporting such as Exemption Reports, etc. to ensure shipping documents are properly managed by maintaining our service providers, Woolworths Imports, finance, IT & sourcing department's relationship through the alignment of shipment documents and import information. If not, I proceed to investigate outstanding information and ensure queries are resolved accordingly.- I accumulated Information from the finance team and documented a service provider process for one of Woolworths Service Providers, to improve how import invoices are payout to the Woolworths shipping lines and eliminate payment discrepancies. - I undertook the opportunity to document the Woolworths Foods Import Process, as this assist in clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of the involving stakeholders. Maintaining the relationships ensuring all stakeholders are in alignment which helps reducing the risk of commodities being imported late into the country and verify the correct documents being presented.

We developed a proposal for Jackpack a Colombian backpack brand that plans to expand globally into new markets.My team was compared to other 1,132 highly skilled and competitive X-Culture teams that took part in the 2021-2 round, we were in the Top 40.3%, and our report is better than 59.7% of other submissions in the semester.
