My focus is on catalyzing human connection - the genesis of empathy, understanding, and ultimately satisfying and productive interdependent relationships.So much of what we feel and think is lost in translation. As much as we try, our communication effortsoften fall short of expressing our most honest (and compassionate) meanings. Our messages are misunderstood, and at times, even unheard. The important signals we attempt to transmit are muddled by noise that misleads and generates destructive conflict. My work focuses on facilitating discovery and development in the areas of communication, conflict and leadership skills, enhancing self-connection and self-knowledge throughout the journey.
