-Oversee the tendering process, ensuring all HSE requirements are met at every stage.-Coordinates Online bidding for new and old contracts on SPDC Emptoris 9 platform and ARIBA.- Utilize SAP and other enterprise resource management tools to streamline contract management, personnel resourcing, and procurement tasks, improving overall efficiency and reducing operational bottlenecks.-Draft, negotiate, and review contracts to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with Shell and industry regulations.- Manage procurement processes and vendor relations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing of goods and services.- Assess and determine HR requirements for ongoing projects, placing adverts, and facilitating recruitment processes to meet staffing needs.- Conduct interviews, negotiate employment terms, and onboard new hires in alignment with company policies and Shell’s operational standards.- Serve as the primary business interface between Shell Nigeria and all organizational staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.-Advise management on proactive measures to optimize business delivery and achieve project targets effectively.- Draft and review organizational safety plans, including for CEL. SPDC East Emergency response support in land and swamp locations.- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols in all operational activities, enhancing the safety culture within the organization.- Use Microsoft® Project Professional to analyze project progress and provide timely reports on key performance metrics.- Conduct project performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with set objectives and deadlines.
