‘’When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be’’- Lao TzuLife experiences makes us who we are. It molds our personality, creates our identity and form the base of how we perceive the world. This becomes the lens through which we see while navigating life. It is the source of our biases, judgements, desires and fears. Through self-realisation, one can discover the true nature of ‘the self’ and hence the true nature of reality. By understanding this, one learns to appreciate the art of living, embrace duality and life becomes easier to navigate. ‘’The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why’’-Mark TwainI was born in Kerala – India where I lived until I was 14 years of age. My family moved to UK where I completed my secondary and higher education. Choosing a career path, I found myself drawn to science and service. This led me to complete my medical training in Croatia, where I studied in an international medical school and had the opportunity to meet and learn from people around the world. In the first years working as a junior doctor in the UK, I was overwhelmed by the awareness of suffering in the world. New endeavours in life comes with its own challenges and it is when we overcome them we realise the strength and resilience that was always there within us. Through patience and practice I gained better understanding into the natural flow of things. As Lao Tzu once said ‘’New beginnings are often disguised as painful endings’’. Life is a series of natural spontaneous changes. It is by resisting these changes, that we become unhappy. Life is an ongoing process of learning. Through continuous learning, I found myself, helping individuals understand life’s challenges.Science, philosophy, medical practice, religions and cultures were some of the paths that has led me to who I am today. Passion is the fuel that ignited this journey. I believe that guiding those in need is a profound commitment to unleashing the hidden reservoirs of human potential. My aim is to help illuminate the path to personal growth and guide individuals to unlock their inner strengths, overcome obstacles, and create the life they've always envisioned. I am grateful to all my friends and family who kept urging me to this path.
