I am one of the partners in Mama Lil's an artisan pickled pepper and condiment company. The office for our small but mighty team is in Portland OR. The peppers are still predominantly grown and produced in Washington's Yakima Valley. At it's core, Mama Lil's is an agriculturally dependent specialty food producer that relies on partnerships with long-time growers and the many people who make and hand pack Mama Lil's for foodservice and retail. Many of these people have been part of the Mama Lil's story since it's beginnings over 25 years ago.
