As a Training Manager at LimeCulture Community Interest Company (CIC), I lead and deliver high-quality training programmes for professionals working with survivors of sexual violence. I have over ten years of experience in trauma work spanning across the emergency sector and later specialising in advocacy as a Multiple and Complex Needs ISVA and newly qualified as a Sexual Violence Liaison Officer (SVLO), supporting clients with diverse and intersectional identities and needs in the University environment. Personally, I will always support and champion our trans and non-binary family in their recovery from sv and advocate for their visibility and respect. I am passionate about trauma awareness across the sexual violence sector and beyond, and I aim to empower and educate professionals and organisations to provide trauma-informed and survivor-centered services. I am also trained and self identifiyng LGBTQIA+ advocate and ally, and I strive to promote inclusion and diversity in my work and training.
