Football NSW is the governing body for all levels of football and futsal in the Australian state of New South Wales. By members Football NSW is the largest Member Federation of the national governing body, Football Federation Australia (FFA).In this role I manage a range elite football competitions and events, including National Premier League Men, National Premier League 2 Men, Futsal Premier League, FFA Cup, National Premier League Youth and the 2019 FFA Futsal National Championships amongst many others.

Central Coast

The Hunter Futsal Soccer & Sports offers Futsal games to junior and senior boys and girls. Hunter Futsal Soccer & Sports is also part of the Northern NSW Futsal State that has affiliated with Australian Futsal Association and the World body AMF.As Operations & Competitions Manager I managed all aspects of the HFSS Futsal competitions including draws, contacts, registrations, strips, financial, complaint handling along with many other aspects. In addition to running this, I also organised teams and submissions of teams into the Australian Futsal Association national with teams from U10's up to the men's divisions.When I took over the role the organisation had not been promoted well, registration numbers were down and it was disorganised.I took over running the competitions and improved the way in which these were organised and run. I built the competitor numbers up to the point where their usual venues were running at capacity. I then sought greater expansion into other areas, which are still continuing.

This is the largest football event Australia has held, and was a World class event.Some role descriptions include;Coordinate and undertake Technical Study Group activities and process involved with AFC Asian Cup at Stadium Australia along with coordinating with relevant LOC staff for the needs of overseas delegates. Collection and distribution of important AFC documents and materials.Communications between entire competitions team.Event coordination and problem solving in a high pressure situations on the fly and working well with a large workforce.

This is the largest football event Australia has held to date, and was a World class event.Some role descriptions include;Coordinate and undertake a vast range of activities and process involved with matches played at the AFC Asian Cup at Stadium Australia along with coordinating with relevant LOC staff to ensure that everything involved the match itself is as good as it can be. This includes four group games, a quarter final, a semi final and the final.Event coordination and problem solving in a high pressure situations on the fly and working well with a large workforce.

Working for and alongside marketing company World Sport Group at AFC Asian Cup to coordinate the the youth program for major sponsors on match days.This role entails working with all the kids involved with match days, from player escorts, to the flag bearers and ball boys and ensuring the best possible outcome for the sponsors.The sponsors I worked closest with for this event were Toyota, Konica Minolta, One Goal and Fly Emirates.

Woy Woy

I have a long association with Woy Woy Football Club having played for the club for 20 years, from a junior player to playing in the First Grade squad with a number of games as Club Captain. I also coached teams for five seasons. Having previously held the role of Club Director in 2010, where I oversaw all aspects of running a grassroots sporting club with approximately 690 members and provided input into all club related and member decisions.I was elected Vice President of Woy Woy Football Club in 2011. During the three years in this position, I organised, ran and oversaw all aspects of a sporting club from official duties down to canteen duties. From 2013 onwards I also ran the volunteer side of the club, which had nearly 700 members, recruiting and managing volunteer activities.
