During this time the focus was operational, keeping staff and clients safe, cared for and connected. The role strategically manages and grows RFBI's home care services to ensure the effective planning and delivery of high quality and sustainable services to consumers, their families and carers. Providing high quality, personalized aged care, RFBI owns and operates 20 retirement living villages , 21 residential villages and a Home Care service throughout NSW and the ACT. In total RFBI cares for over 2,500 older Australians.
