Duties include:Hire Staff, Development of Curriculum, Oversee and Manage 2 Full time Directors at 2 Childcare Facilities , 22 employees, 140 students (combined at both centers), Coordinate Staff and Parent Meetings, Develop and Train Teachers w/Staff Development, Maintain Community Partnerships, Monitor Budget and Expenditures, Create and Develop Customer and Vendor Relationships.Both Centers hours of operation are from 6:00 am til 6:30 pm. 5 days a week ; Monday thru Friday.Before and afterschool pick-up and drop/off services available.All staff are trained and certified in CPR and First Aid.Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 snacks served daily.The centers are open on most holidays and all of HISD's Professional Development days.NCI accepted at both centers.
