Innovation department: - Preparation of savoury and sweet cuisines according to the recipe provided by the innovation chef. - Quantify the recipe by recording the quantities used in the recipe when the chef cooks, and convert into SI Unit. - Involved in ideation and presentation of innovated food products - Involved in ideation of sous-vide proteins
