Holding UG degrees in Theology (B.Th), Divinity (B.D) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) focused in Christian Studies from University of Madras and pursuing Master of Theology, at present.The last few years, since 2017, have been the exciting years in my career so far. I have learnt a myriad of things in my job responsibilities at ODBM, which has made me adept to diverse circumstances and more agile in what I do.I was hired to be the VP's Assistant but soon got additional responsibilities of handling HR Administration and then the Logistics department, for about a year. I have been handling the Human Resources responsibilities since 2018 of coordinating, planning, and overseeing processes that are essential to the organisation, like recruitment and hiring, training and development, employer-employee relations, maintaining work culture, manage employee benefits, creating a safe work environment, handling disciplinary actions and administration.Further, I got roped in to manage the Production Services dept from 2018 and that is where I gained quite some knowledge and experience on how the Print industry functions. Dabbling with grammage of different papers, loupes and CMYK and Heidelbergs and Mitsubishis, dealing with printers, finalising rate-quotes, handling translators, proofreaders and editors for 10 Indian regional languages have taught me extensively.Additionally, I have been assigned the role of handling the Kids dept, from 2022, to develop ideas and strategies and resources for reaching children with the Word of God.I'm an ENFP-T on the Myers-Briggs Personality test and a strong 'i' inclining towards the 'D' on the DISC analysis, looking forward to more of the roller-coaster ride of a life that lies ahead of me, picking up all that I can as it keeps rolling. . .
