Pearly is a beloved community builder and creative based in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. As the founder of PEARLY, she creates one of a kind experiences through multiple artistic mediums to bring community, art and visions to life. From creative directing, producing, to curating events, she is able to bring forth a unique design experience. Pearly captures a diverse range of art forms from commercial, industrial and editorial clients with a raw and provocative perspective.

Mission Statement: Colours of Mama (COMO) is a safe, inclusive and equally represented community for mamas of colour to be acknowledged, valued, and celebrated. COMO serves as a culturally-sensitive community initiative which puts mothers of colour front and center. We prioritize finding and creating resources that cater to BIPOC families facing systemic barriers while promoting diversity consciously.

The Diatribe podcast promotes unfiltered and honest conversations for people of colour. These conversations are centered around real life experiences. Through story telling, each episode encourages openness, self love, self-care and balance. Together, we create space and time for learning and healing. - Provide a high level of executive administrative support ensuring the optimal level of customer service, discretion and professionalism at every interaction- Apply appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation - Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation and co-ordination by booking the facility, pre-mail, arranging required equipment, travel and refreshments- Maintain proficiency with software applications/programs and/or department specific systems as required- Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming inquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/area- Be an effective resource and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities of the executive- Keep executive/immediate team informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects and all relevant or useful information- Support the executive team by continuously developing knowledge in own area- Work collaboratively with the administrative teams to provide seamless service
