Executive Assistant To Ceo And Office Manager
Current- Efficiently maintain and prioritize calendar for CEO while managing office operations.- Reserve and prep conference rooms for meetings (equipment, supplies, refreshments). Book venues for offsite meetings.- Arrange domestic and international travel (flight, hotel, transportation) and plan itinerary/logistics to facilitate successful trips.- Process travel expenses and reimbursements for CEO and management team.- Prepare detailed reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace or Docs).- Screen calls and emails, and initiate actions to respond or redirect to respective management.- Plan and organize special events and manage projects schedules.- Maintain record of new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications and merit increases to human resources files.- Manage department budgets and generate financial reports for management review.- Manage office supply inventory (requisitions, ordering and receiving).- Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion and tact.
