Prior to his current role, Mr. Pearson worked as an agent for the New York Life Insurance Company. He is also the founder of Pearson Consulting Group, which provides a variety of insurance products and consulting services to groups and businesses. He also served as Pearson’s president for several years. Mr. Pearson earned a B.S. from Western Michigan University and a masters from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a certified and licensed producer and broker for life, health, property and casualty insurance in several states.

All new mechanical systems and façade renovations will compliment the gut interior renovation of the lower floors after the move upstairs. Rockefeller Center Redevelopment, New York, NY Account ExecutiveThis landmark project includes extensive plaza stone paving program in addition to renovations of 200,000 SF of the concourse and skating rink. Also, the landmark facades along Fifth Avenue will be modified to accommodate new high-end retail tenants. This program falls within a 2 year $100,000 million dollars revitalization plan for the millennium.

Three phased project; total modernization of all clinical facilities and ancillary services to bring the facility into current patient care standards. Renovation additions include: Phase I- Inpatient nursing units-existing 780 beds in six bed wards, to 580 beds in private and semi-private configuration nursing units; diagnostic and treatment facilities, all department replaced by addition or renovation of existing areas (surrey, radiology, laboratories, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, etc.); Phase II- 250,000 SF ambulatory care building to house all primary care, specialty clinics, and mental health, renovation dental, pharmacy, and clinical systems.
