Starting with a staff of two, Dale organized a fully functional, highly efficient business with a team that eventually consisted of over 70 employees when acquired by Physio-Control in 2014. As VP & GM of Data Solutions at Physio and then Stryker, Dale oversaw the Sansio software suite along with the LIFENET System and CODE-STAT data review software.
