My experience of over 13 years has grown from various sources. I have worked in & managed a high volume portrait studio, camera equipment sales, and even teaching digital photography and graphic arts! While my passion has always lined up with my career, currently I am working within the maintenance department of the airlines. This shift in industry has provided more opportunity to learn new things, but also contribute my existing skill sets cultivated in the creative field. Both with my time in the school district and my current position with the airline, have allowed me to acquire further management as well as record keeping experience. I even had the opportunity to volunteer my photography skills for Alaska Airline's Aviation Day! My role with Horizon Air's Maintenance Stores team has exposed me to inventory management, ordering processes and how MSDS and Hazmat Safety apply within the industry. I've had the pleasure of assisting our other maintenance facilities across Washington state and even out of state too!

Tasked with the upkeep & processing of aircraft parts for the airline. Duties include shipping and sending hazmat regulated items, emergency parts for inoperable aircraft, restocking our out stations at various airports, and occasional work travel to help maintain those stores locations.
I've been a family focused photographer for better part of my career which include capturing weddings, graduates and portraits. I also have experience working on commercial needs and event coverage. My current focus has been on fine art photography which include alternative processing of Polaroids.
Duties included the upkeep, inventory, and technical trouble shooting photographic equipment. Chemical management of our darkroom and the supply management for our photo printers were my responsibility too. Periodically placing equipment orders for classroom needs. During class time, I would assist with instruction of topics, set up studio equipment, and guide students though computer usage and procedures.
With the growth of our program, I was given the opportunity to achieve my certificate in teaching and solo teach my own photography class. I would also substitute for the other graphic art classes when the other teacher was absent. Additionally I was the advisor for the school's Photo Club.
