• Offshore Equipment Rentals – served as interim Chief Financial Officer of this highly profitable rental equipment company. Hired immediately upon acquisition of the business by a large private equity group. Developed.
• Financial Services – served as consultant to improve the operations and financial results of a stagnant business. Successful turnaround with sales increased 100% and profitability 300% in less than a year. Completed.
