Since 1995 Ronald M. Pearson has been President of Capital Management Associates, which obtains real estate project financing and venture financing for private companies. Current projects include: equity financing for two Portsmouth, NH based software companies, Turned Key - an ECommerce company which is facilitating online sales of OEM auto parts by auto dealers nationwide; and ElevateSuite, a social media amplification and data analytics company; Chenango High Yield Mortgage Fund, LLC - a new private mortgage lending company; Realty Associates, LLC - a Boca Raton based roll-up of real estate brokerage operations in Florida and opportunistically nationally; Boca Raton based Sympta Corp., which is allowing primary care and other physicians to provide in-house allergy testing for their patients. Mr. Pearson was previously President of several companies which collectively financed, acquired, managed and sold over $50 million of apartment units in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and originated and managed over $20 million of private mortgage loans. From 1979 -1990, Mr. Pearson was President of an NASD registered broker-dealer primarily involved in financing real estate and oil and gas drilling transactions. Mr. Pearson graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Tufts University, and received a J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law.
