Provide course development, technical training, and digital forensic lab mentorship as a subject- matter-expert/certifying instructor in digital forensics, Internet-based investigations, and cybersecurity on behalf of the US Dept of State to High-Tech Crime Units and digital forensic labs of Allied nations worldwide. The purpose of the mission is to foster and cultivate relations with foreign law enforcement and military personnel responsible for combatting terrorism on the cyber front.
