Design Operations Manager
CurrentResponsible for the foundational design and support of the Design Organization at PPL, focusing on improving our ways of working and removing friction and inefficiencies while working to shape, socialize, educate, and manage the design operations practice for PPL and its subsidiaries.• Establish and nurture engagement models and cross-functional collaboration channels with key design partners and stakeholders.• Guide and support programs to help the Design team scale, including prioritization and planning, resource management, program tracking, budget management, and change management.• Collaborate with design, business, and technical organizations to develop program strategy and approach.• Advocate for the design team by ensuring time and space to apply sound design practices.• Work with creative vendors and agencies; identify opportunities to streamline 3rd party and other enterprise-wide engagements.
