a) Assist network administrators in supervising and providing advice on matters related to the implementation, development, application, system maintenance and ongoing technical support of information technology systems and services;(b) Develop, review and implement information technology strategies and implementation plans;(c) Control IT-related expenditures, estimate and review IT-related budgets, and prepare resource allocation exercise (RAE) applications;(d) Provide consulting services and technical support to management and users;(e) Responsible for the drafting, review and maintenance of relevant information technology management, infrastructure and procedural guidelines to ensure compliance with government standards, and coordinate with the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer and other decision-makers on various government-wide information technology initiatives Bureau/department contact;(f) Supervise the quality control and assurance process of the results and operations of each information technology project;(g) Oversee daily operations, work assignments, project management and ensure compliance with current standards and guidelines;

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of relevant hardware and software applications used by the company• Regularly check the security of the company's network system• Regularly develop and implement training plans for all members of the company and team• Regularly cooperate with IT auditors to audit the company's network system• Manage the department's annual financial budget and report the use of funds to superiors• Lead and manage IT projects, including system updates and migrations, based on the company's business needs and budget• Inspire innovation through excellent team leadership and discover opportunities for optimization and improvement in IT products and processes
