Engineered survey and proposed architectural plans by respected New England builder for a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 3000+sqft modern home. Design features an expansive 3rd level roof deck, two sun-filled living areas with balconies, and a generous Primary Suite. Location on Jericho Road is walkable to the Harbor shops & restaurants and the Lighthouse.

Award-winning Creative leveraging 3ds Max, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite products together with onsite insight to develop exciting solutions for large scale branded events. Collaborating with the brands’ internal teams I have led agencies and GC’s to deliver seamless branded experiences by designing floor plans, exhibits, activations, and graphics.

Homeowner GC/Designed [plans and elevations] a post and beam 2400sqft home. Yankee Barn created buildable drawings for the exterior shell and fabricated/delivered the Weather-tight shell. I spec'd and ordered all materials from the exterior shell in/out as well as coordinated/oversaw contractors and coordinated all equipment and permitting for the install of the shell.
