Responsible from concept through design development for performing all scheduling, estimating, and value engineering, finalizing the GMP and letting of all major subcontracts. For the fast-track construction of the 73-story Dallas Main Center project, a 2,159,000sf office building and 11-story 1,750 stall parking structure.
