Responsibility for all process of purchase (manufacturing and overhead goods, investments), fulfilling the plan and stated index, reducing the expenses of purchase, optimization and decreasing of stock, process implementation of goods delivery for new projects, implementation of new business terms and conditions and electronic auctions.

Member of team in searching new suppliers and technology for new projects trams with the aim reduce costs: material and labour – intensiveness.

Responsible for management of marketing actions to support the sales in Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Poland and Hungary. Preparation and implementation the industrial segmental campaigns (choosing products, pricing, market research, organization of implementation process), communications and negotiations with suppliers.

Responsible for management and new development of weapons and their introduction on the market – till withdrawing from the market. Coordination of marketing actions to support the product selling portfolio, brand development and project management within Balanced Scorecard.
