•Oversee day to day operation of Tonlé Restaurant and Guesthouse o Monitors staff arrival, working hour and manage rotation standby time. o Overlooks service preparation housekeeping and restaurant in order to make sure the service is ready by using service checklist. o Manages stock in & out o Supports team both advise and material o Team motivation and empowerment o Deals with guest complaints in place & online o Upgrades the guesthouse and restaurant when necessary o Manages maintenance and repairing• Deals with staff issues such as staff problems, staff in house capacity building, staff complaint, staff difficulty etc.• Deals with local authority and stakeholder in partnership, legality and create opportunity.• Builds partnership with tour agency to create business opportunity for Guesthouse and Restaurant.• Responsible for advertisement, recruiting and training of the student.• Lead study tour for student and create the moment of job opportunity.• Participate in developing training program if necessary.• Update restaurant menu once every six month to one year• Reports to Business Program Manager monthly
