Worked when it was CompaqResponsible for the inventory management of Spare Parts including: planning, import, export, scrap, local repair and distribution to Service Providers;Initiatives resulted in 33% inventory reduction, 30% cost reduction & 33% lead-time reduction due to local repair and 20% savings in distribution with 95% of on time delivery;Pay for Performance implementation for 120 Service Providers;Services Providers order entry system implementation to speed up parts requests;Frequent drive of Customer satisfaction surveys with improving results due to the implementation of requests/suggestions;SAP Power User for Services areas, being responsible for the interface between the Services areas users and the IT Team with the goal of having SAP deployed with the proper customizations to attend Brazilian needs.

Responsible for a repair laboratory with 15 technicians;Main items repaired were computer boards and peripherals, monitors and printers;80% of the 1,5K items repaired on a monthly basis were related to Customers with maintenance contract and one of the goals achieved was the creation of a resource center to take care of Customers without maintenance contract;Implementation of a system for inventory control of components/parts and units under repair;Implementation of Quality improvements: anti-static devices, post-repair tests and protection packages.
