Responsible for Hitachi Energys' delivery in south Saharas' largest PV Solar venture in Angola.

Grid Automation Systems provides substation automation solutions to customers with control and automation functions needed to build a smarter, safer and a more reliable power grid. It operates in the market segments of transmission, distribution, power generation, wind, railway and industry.Being the Project Operations Manager I am part of the management team for Grid Automation Systems. My responsibility is to successfully deliver the complete project portfolio of turn-key grid automation system. The Operation department consist of a project management office and an engineering department with its own dedicated engineering manager.In this position I have got extensive training in remote leadership and gained valuable knowledge in cross-country cultural differences. Among other I have managed implementation of standard processes and tools for project execution and cross-country resource management.

The DolWin 2 project is an offshore wind mega EPC project (>1.000 MUSD) for the HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) Light transmission link, connecting offshore wind farms located in the North Sea DolWin cluster to the German national grid. Being the Project Director (PD) I am responsible for managing and executing the total contractual scope and maintain the contractual interface towards the client. In this field I have increased contract value through variation orders, negotiated contract amendments in order to solve unforeseen disputes and to reach project completion.Successfully I have managed sub project managers (HVDC, HVC, civil contractors) and project staffs as HSE, QA, Engineering, Field Operation and Project Administration to a desirable outcome by establish good working relationship and a fruitful business environment. As the PD I am the company representative towards consortium partners and major subcontractors.Beside project size, technical complexity, and all the different industrial standards, one of the major challenges have been to continuously adjust the project to new phases, new situations and altered circumstances, without compromising on Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) and quality standards.

In addition to my GSO position at Norautron Group, I was also responsible for the marketing and sales in the Swedish market. I was heading 2 KAM:s and 2 project managers in this effort.

The GSO was responsible for the international marketing and sales at Norautron Group. GSO was a member of Norautron AB:s executive management team and reported directly to the CEO.

In my position as Senior Business Program Manager, I have captured and delivered large defence contracts to Governments, shipyards, partners and joint ventures on the US, Southeast Asian and European markets.

As the Project Financial Controller I have driven financial performance for several large customer contracts.

Being the Business Controller my main assignments was to produce budgets and estimates for inbounds, sales, expenses and operating profit for the business unit.
