Promoted to overall Sales Manager at Dfind IT with a turnover of approx. 350MSEK. Overall responsibility for sales and business development. Led a project to articulate and implement a new sales strategy. Supported regional directors with many projects/tasks regarding sales of the company’s services in recruitment and consulting in the IT and tech sectors.

Responsible for clients with potential over 50 MSEK / year for the Group. Successful development of relations with Nordea, SEB, Addtech, H & M and TDC. KAM for MSP Proffice Link /Astra Zeneca. Complex sales with long sales cycles.

I founded with a partner Senior & Young and went live in September 2010. Participated in strategic and tactical and operational levels in the company's founding and operations. 2012, the company had sales of approximately 14.5msek and +10 consultants in assignments. I became operational in the CEO role in May 2012. Leadership: Implemented value-based culture, created and implemented joint sales activities, recruited colleagues, introduced an on-boarding program, led joint meetings and conferences, most importantly; I was always available to my team. Sales: Found, interested and signed agreements with the company's two largest clients. Consulting: Be operational in assignment to customer. The assignments were primarily recruitment / search assignments, but also more general management consultancy assignments within HR. Board work: Member of the board with varying tasks.
