As the General Manager at Balkan Auto, I oversee the operations, sales, marketing, and finance. I work with the help of my team to implement innovative strategies, optimize processes, negotiate contracts, and expand the market share of our company. Previously, I was the Logistics Manager at Grand Motors d.o.o. where I managed the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of vehicles of different brands (Ford. Volvo. Jaguar Land Rover, Infiniti, MG etc) I also contributed to the development and execution of the regional logistics strategy of Grand Automotive LTD for ADRA region (Ford), a large EU automotive company. I have strong skills in logistics, automotive, negotiation, and leadership, as well as a keen interest in the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
