Lead, Expose, and Inspire (LEI) Event is the state’s largest workforce development program to encourage more than 800 youth to select careers in the Hawai’i visitor industry• Organized and trained 80 mentors across 4 islands to execute the event successfully• Booked flights for essential personnel and interns• Assisted with school visits to educate students about the LEI experience and expectations• Planned, recruited, and executed Career Fair with 85+ local and regional business partners• Performed a variety of tasks to successfully execute each event: event management, staff coordination, safety, troubleshooting, and guest speaker relations• Received accolades from Governor Ige and Lt.
