I am a Barrister. I accept instructions from Solicitors and on a Direct Public Access basis from HR professionals, companies and individuals.I was Head of the Employment Team at 12 College Place before moving to Pallant Chambers in June 2017. I am listed in Chambers UK Legal 500 2021 as a leading junior tier 2 (Regional Bar). I have over 30 years experience as an employment lawyer. My clients include individuals as well as local authorities, fire authorities and national companies. I am familiar with drafting contracts of employment and policies/procedures. I advise on disciplinary and grievance investigations. I provide representation and advice at internal hearings. I regularly advise on a wide range of matters (see expertise below). I advise local authorities and fire authorities on all aspects of TUPE. I appear in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
