My role was to build and coordinate a team of developers which creates and maintains the software that Méliuz offers to its e-commerce customers. It includes the Web Site, the Android and iOS Applications and the Méliuz Firefox and Chrome Add-ons.My personal objective is to keep team member's performance and motivation high.
