My role was to build and coordinate a team of developers which creates and maintains the software that Méliuz offers to its e-commerce customers. It includes the Web Site, the Android and iOS Applications and the Méliuz Firefox and Chrome Add-ons.My personal objective is to keep team member's performance and motivation high. Otherwise, I'd fail in all my duties (described below).Operational: propose, architect, review, monitor and maintain solutions; simplify problems and solutions with Product Managers; plan migrations and optimizations in backend, front-end and AWS layers; manage incidents; agile mastering.Management: recruit team members; develop people; team building; team performance and health; vacations; remote work support; retrospectives; development process analysis and improvement; OKR tracking and report.Strategic: define team scope, OKR and vision.

My main responsibility at this time was to lead a team with the mission to make the Meliuz Android and iOS Applications available in their respective stores. Our goal was to make that in short deadlines, but with high quality and the most important features done.It was also my role to keep the team focused, productive and always willing for challenges.

Work with designers and architects in the product ideation and envisioning. Create product backlogs and release plans. Ensure the teams are following the product vision. Keep in contact with stakeholders to get feedback about the products. And make the product available to the public.

Coordinate the development of applications for Samsung Smartphones and Tablets using Android technologies.

Development of applications targeting Nokia Smartphones using Web Runtime (WRT), HTML, JavaScript, Qt/C++ and Qt/QML. Portfolio includes applications for the Companies: Yelp, Netflix, OpenTables, UOL and Abril.Also responsible for training, coaching and guiding students in collaborations programs with universities.

Mozilla and WebKit Browser Engines backend/frontend development. Browser client and engine development using Gtk+, Qt, C and C++. Development for Maemo, Desktop and internal platforms.

Skyfire Browser 1.0 and 1.1 development, fixing bugs and implementing new features using Mozilla Technologies mixed with JavaScript and C++ programming languages.
