The average monthly bauxite production in Jajarm Bauxite Mines is 60 thousand tons. The veins’ thickness differs from less than 1 meter to more than 40 meters, with an average cut-off grade of 47.57 for aluminum oxide ore. Overview: This position involved working on-site in Mehdiabad Lead and Zink Open-pit Mine. The mine is located in central Iran in Yazd Province. The mine has reserves amounting to 394 million tons of ore grading 4.2% zinc, thus resulting in 16.5 million tons of zinc. Overview: This position involved tutoring and supervising third-year undergraduate engineering students in both class and site. Tutored one semester for the Open pit mining Course and one semester for the DATAMINE and NPV Scheduler software course. It was a full-time contract job.Responsibilities:- Teaching practical sessions and supervising students in the student’s computer center and mine site.- Helping students in the class understand the assignment questions and marking student assignments.- Teaching how to Apply Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, for STP and MTP purposes.- Teaching how to make 3D block models, evaluate ore reserves, and Schedule Long-term Planning (LTP) by DATAMINE and NPV Scheduler.Achievements:- Received official feedback submitted by students indicating an overall 4.7 out of 5 scores for satisfaction, along with comments providing helpful advice, being friendly, approachable, and using clear explanations.- Working with a group of students improved my communication skills and my ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Overview: This project involved collaboration between Iranian mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation, known as IMIDRO, and Amirkabir university of technology to find a feasible solution for reopening or reclamation of these mines. It was a full-time contract job.Responsibilities:- Collecting and comparing data about active and abandoned mines from each Province in Iran.- Analysing data with multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods to find practical solutions.- Implementing analytical skills with a focus and passion for continuous improvement.Achievements:- Publishing and presenting two papers at LRER 2014 and APCOM 2015 Conference.- Accustomed to traveling interstate in a short time to provide high-quality work.

Overview: The experience resulted in three months of internship at Sarcheshmeh Open pit Copper Mine, and became familiar with open-pit mining production and understood some planning and design software. The role was on-site, and it was a full-time internship job.Responsibilities:- Worked in a role within an open pit mine and became familiar with VULCAN software.- Assist the production engineer in planning and optimisation of Drill and Blast activities.Achievements- Experienced in large-scale open-pit hard rock mining and working at a remote mine site.- Familiar with skills in designing and developing rolling weekly excavator plans and schedules for the mining operation

Overview: The experience resulted in two months of internship at Travertine Quarry Mine, and Learned the production cycle and some essential equipment in quarry mines. The role was on-site, and it was a full-time internship job.Responsibilities:- Prepare reports, schedules, and plans under the site Production Plan requirements.- Participate as a team member in mining operation improvement initiatives.- Assist the production engineer in coordinating daily mining Activities.Achievements- Learned the categorised characteristics of stones from premier to low grade.- Familiar with the cutting process of stones and various saws with a diamond blade.

Overview: The experience resulted in two months of internship at Venarch Underground Manganese Mine, and I became familiar with underground mining production and understood some loading and hauling methods. The role was on-site, and it was a full-time internship job.Responsibilities:- Data entry for monitoring mine performance.- Assist the production engineer in the development of a weekly schedule.- Assist the production engineer in producing stope notes to ensure safe and efficient production plans are created. Achievements- Learned to work in a role within an underground mine and became familiar with SURPAC software.- Implied the importance of accuracy and speed in ventilation, backfill, and drill & blast operations.- Became familiar with the various stages of an underground process, like production and scheduling.
