I am responsible for the assessment, budgeting, allocation and control of CAPEX company-wide through the following activities:-Planning Capex allocation in accordance with S&OP and long-term planning process, theCompany business growth and financial targets, and strategic initiatives.- Driving the focus on investment return, in close cooperation with Manufacturing, Groups andSupply Chain.- Control of capital project execution, post-completion analysis, value extraction maximizationfrom installed asset.- Valorizing through external sales the test assets no more re-usable internally.

Reporting to the Trade Compliance Group Vice President, with a perimeter covering the entire STMicroelectronics corporation, my main responsibilities are•To lead & manage the deployment of the Internal Compliance Program in the EMEA and AMERICAs Regions.•To ensure Company adherence to the Export Control procedures as defined by the Dual-Use & Strategic Goods Regulations in EU and US.•To Interface government authorities to obtain the needed export licenses.•To deliver training to users about products HTS and ECCN classification.•To review suppliers’ and customers’ contracts to verify the full compliance with export control regulations.•To develop with Information Technology team the tools to support ST Internal Compliance Program.•To represent STMicroelectronics in European Semiconductor Industry Association.

Reporting to the Trade Compliance Group Vice Presindent, with a perimeter covering the entire STMicroelectronics corporation, my main responsibilities are:- To design and formalize the frame of an export compliance governance program and the related SOPs structure able to protect ST from trade compliance law violation, representing a competitive advantage for ST and his customers.- To lead and manage the process of ST product portfolio classification with respect to trade compliance laws, co-ordinating, monitoring, and supporting the Product Groups activity.- To co-ordinate and harmonize the regional trade compliance managers' activity, cross fertilizing the best business practices while taking in due account the specific local requirements.- To define the trade compliance needs in terms of ICT tools to effectively support the trade compliance program.- To deliver trade compliance stakeholders the needed training, enabling them to properly en-force the trade compliance governance.

Managing the direct and indirect purchasing for all the STMicroelectronics sites in Italy, as well as selected items for the entire Europe Area. Leading a team of 35 people, the mission is to manage the procurement cycle, defining the purchasing strategy, selecting the preferred suppliers, and executing the purchasing transactions in full coordination with the central functions of Corporate Purchasing.To make available all the required goods in the right place, at the right time, at the best price.To define and implement the best purchasing strategy for indirect purchasing; from the re-engineering of the needs with internal customers, to the supplier selections, competition process, and the execution of the purchasing transactions.To implement at local level the corporate guidelines defined for direct purchasing; subscribe local contracts and drive local negotiations for the areas not covered at Corporate Level.To ensure compliance with all the corporate policies, in strict cooperation with Accounting and Legal Department.To lead, motivate, and drive to maximum efficiency the local purchasing organization; to design the local purchasing structure, foster the development of talents, and defining salary policy within the respect the expense budget.

Managing worldwide ST capital investment implementation, in line with the plans and priorities defined by the medium-long term planning and yearly capital budget.To assess and analyze all the projects submitted to Strategic Planning to ensure consistency with Company's strategy, production plans, assets utilization, budget.To validate the financial evaluations associated with the investment projects proposed.To analyze various medium - long term scenarios in terms of Return on Net Assets based on forecasted investment and sales plan.Capex benchmark with other semiconductor companies.Group controller for Strategic Planning Organization.Strategic planning expenses budgeting and controlling

Responsible for the divisional financial control, reporting directly to the Division General Manager.Sales forecast collection; building up of the annual divisional budget; definition of targets, in terms of billing and margin.To support to the building up and release of medium-long term sales forecast.Costs and profitability analysis for existing products; cost and profitability estimate for future products.Business plan, What-if analysis for the Division penetrating new markets, approaching new customers.P&L and manufacturing performance analysis.Divisional cost center budgeting; follow up and reporting.
