- Responsible for corporate management of supplies for the countries Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, directly and indirectly supervising teams of 20+ employees, 4+ coordinators with direct reporting.- Restructured the Procurement area, recruited, selected and developed 10+ talents to form the supply team, creating performance programs and personalized career development plans for the next level.- Generated double-digit savings (10%) in two consecutive years, responsible for approximately 700 million reais in acquisitions, divided into 20+ purchasing categories and 400+ supply contracts. - Reduced the volume of order issuance by approximately 50%, optimizing the lead time of the P2P cycle and generating potential operational cost efficiency of around 30%, through the implementation of electronic catalogues, framework contracts & master service agreements with strategic suppliers.- Increased the percentage of financial expenditure under supply management by 45%, through the application of the strategic sourcing methodology, and total restructuring of policies, processes, procedures and relationships with client areas.- Created and implemented the strategic supply core, focusing on the S2P cycle, formed by senior professionals with expertise in strategic sourcing, design to cost and TCO methodologies.- Created and implemented the supply center of excellence (COE), identifying analytical profiles in legacy teams and recruiting new talent to work on operational excellence, corporate governance, technology, compliance and sustainability in supplies (ESG).- Delivered operational efficiencies and improved productivity through debureaucratization of processes, standardization of procedures, systems integration, identification and elimination of redundant processes, clarifying the vision and purpose of work, sponsoring transparency, collaboration and ensuring the autonomy of those led , creating opportunities for growth to the next level.
